Weekend March 6 & 7 / End of Season Party

Hello Racers and Parents and Coaches
On Saturday March 6th we're going to celebrate the ending of the a fantastic year
for the race team with a dual slalom fun race starting at about 9:00am on Snowpark.
No need to sign-up, just show up with your race gear and get ready for some fun.
Chefs Eric and Geoff will be "tailgating" in the parking lot at the tubing center
starting about 3pm. On the menu is hot dogs and buns, with condiments.
Please bring your own snacks and beverages of your choice.
You'll need to purchase tickets for tubing for the 2pm to 4pm session. You'll need to
do this in person. You'll want to get these tickets early in the morning as it's
possible this session time may sell out later in the day. The ticket office at the tubing lodge opens
at 9a. Though you don't need to camp out there in front of the ticket window prior to it's
opening We'd suggest you purchase your tickets for this session between 9 and 10a
to avoid the rush.
On Sunday morning at 8:30 we're planning on running a short slalom training session
for anyone interested. We've got a number of racers headed to post season events up
north and every little bit of training helps. We train from 8:30a till about 10a. Please join
us if you'd like.
Also on the schedule at Whitetail this weekend is "Spring Fest". There's
bump contest on Saturday at 2pm and the famous Pond Skiing on Sunday at Noon.

It's been a fantastic season with great snow and amazing improvements in the skiing
skills of all our race team members.
