Necessary items for Whitetail membership, please complete the following forms and return to the address shown on the fees worksheet.

If your racer will be competing in ANY USSA/PARA races— either the Whitetail GS or the races at Liberty, Roundtop, or Tussey— then PARA membership is required. Complete the PARA membership application and return it with payment to Neil Randal (address is on the application). When filling out the PARA membership application,

• your PARA Region is "CENTRAL"
• if you have not received your USSA membership, enter "pending" for the USSA number.
